Guess What’s New, Dad?

Dear Dad,

I hope you are in good health. I have missed you immensely for the past few months, and I'm so relieved that you're home finally. A lot happened while you were away, and I wanted to tell you about some of the wonderful things that have happened in the world of technology.

It's amazing to think about how now, so many people work from home. Instead of driving to an office every day, they're doing their work right from their living room or kitchen. They can even talk with their co-workers on video calls, like they're having a meeting in person! It's really wild how much has changed in so little time.

Homes are getting smart as well. We already have devices that listen to your voice and carry out tasks like turning the lights on, playing songs, or even controlling the temperature—without any finger movement required. It is like you have a mini hand around the house making life a tiny bit easier.

Another thing that I've noticed is how much easier it is for people to learn new things these days. Instead of going to a schoolroom, people can learn online anywhere in the world. It's like having school right in your fingertips! Even, you can talk with teachers and friends via a computer screen.

I've also been thinking about how we stay connected with people. Even though you've been so far away, we were able to talk to each other and look at each other with video calls. We're in the same room, but miles apart. It's made it a little easier to be separated from each other.

It's truly amazing how quickly things change, isn't it? I'm looking forward to talking to you about it the next time we meet. I'm so glad you're home safe, and I've missed you more than you know.

Take care and see you soon!^^

Love,
Aeraaa
