I’m currently using ARTSOFT ERP Software (Portugal) with an AI assistant built in, plus a companion mobile app. As a day-to-day user, here’s what I’m actually getting value from:
Natural-language queries: “Show overdue invoices >30 days by customer” → instant table with drill-down.
Fewer clicks, faster navigation: the assistant jumps me straight to actions/screens (create quote, check stock, post journal).
Reusable prompts for routine work: monthly checks, stock alerts, or collections follow-ups that I can trigger and tweak.
In-context drafting: quick notes/emails from the record I’m on (e.g., a collections reminder).
On-the-go: the mobile app gives KPI snapshots, approvals (POs/expenses), and customer lookups without opening a laptop.
Smoother onboarding: colleagues use prompts instead of memorizing menu paths.
