Apple’s taking its former engineer, Di Liu, to court for allegedly nicking a trove of Vision Pro secrets in his last days at Cupertino and quietly landing a job at rival Snap. Apple says Liu copied design notes, hardware-test data and unreleased feature specs onto his personal cloud storage, wiped them from his company-issued MacBook and lied about joining Snap to dodge offboarding protocols.
Now Apple wants those trade secrets back, unspecified damages and full access to Liu’s devices, while Snap insists it had nothing to do with the alleged theft.
