Chasing a Gaming World Record
We strapped a $30K cascade chiller onto our rig with legendary overclocker Charles “Fugger” Wirth, battling sub-zero condensation and mastering insulation hacks to get rock-solid cooling. After mounting the kit, prepping ultra-fast RAM and GPU tweaks, it was time to power up the beast and see what it could do.
Next came deep BIOS dives—voltage nudges, clock boosts and plenty of trial-and-error. Between troubleshooting detours and near-misses, the team finally launched the benchmark run to chase down that elusive gaming world record.
