Finally, Linus pulled off his first public LAN party at a badminton club, transforming the space into a 250-seat gaming arena in just seven hours. The crew battled power and networking hiccups, installed a Steam caching server, and built custom “Whale” PCs—all while carving out retro gaming and VR zones, plus vending machines and shuffleboard-style seating.
Despite frantic last-minute table assemblies and a few power outages during their 8v8 setup, the LED stage, Whale Cup tournament, and full PC lineup went live on schedule. Thanks to sponsors like Starforge Systems and ThreatLocker, the team turned chaos into a memorable, high-energy LAN event.
