TL;DR
Linus and William Osman teamed up to cobble together a hilariously “janky” yet surprisingly powerful portable NAS for Open Sauce, packing 15 TB NVMe SSDs, an AMD Ryzen 9 chip, a mini-ITX server board, beefy RAM, and more into a compact rig. They even threw in a second backup NAS, survived a catastrophic drop, and still managed to get it all running in time for the big event.
Along the way they riffed on paint tips, wrap-up merch giveaways, and the pain of testing gear on a tight schedule. In the end the dual-NAS setup was ready for all the video footage William could throw at it, proving that sometimes the wildest builds are the most fun.
