TL;DR
Linus and the crew teamed up with William Osman to whip up a hilariously over-the-top, portable NAS for Open Sauce—complete with monster NVMe SSDs, a tiny deep mini-ITX server board, Ryzen 9 9950X3D, DDR5 RAM, a UniFi PoE switch and more. It’s equal parts “janky” and “insanely high-capacity,” built on-site, dropped a few times (ouch!), then hauled over to the Open Sauce meetup for its grand reveal.
Along the way you get merch plugs, chapter markers, sponsor shout-outs, and affiliate links for every part imaginable—from 15.36 TB Kioxa SSDs to an 18 TB Ultrastar hard drive. In under 20 minutes they go from “What are we building again?” to “Ship it to William!”
