Linus and William Osman teamed up to build a hilariously over-the-top portable NAS for Open Sauce, packing it with giant 15.36 TB NVMe SSDs, an ASRock Rack mini-ITX server board, AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D, piles of DDR5 RAM, a UniFi PoE switch, a GaN ATX PSU—and even a second backup rig. It’s equal parts “janky” and high-capacity, perfect for hauling around endless camera footage.
Between paint-splattered panels, painful drops, and plenty of tech banter, the duo nailed a badass storage beast. Once the build was done, they hauled it straight to Open Sauce, proving that sometimes the craziest PC projects make the best conversation starters.
