I Built a Janky Computer for William Osman!
Linus and William Osman teamed up to build a wild, portable high-capacity NAS (dubbed the A.S.S.) for William’s Open Sauce video studio. They packed in massive NVMe SSDs, a mini-ITX server board, Ryzen 9 9950X3D, heaps of DDR5 RAM, SAS adapters, PoE switches and more—turning chaos into a surprisingly slick rig.
Between painful drops, Linus’s paint tips and a surprise second NAS, the build wraps up just in time to haul this beast over to Open Sauce. Spoiler: it actually works, and it’s ridiculously overbuilt for storing every camera angle imaginable.
