I Built a Janky Computer for William Osman!

Linus and William teamed up to cobble together the wildest portable NAS rig you’ve ever seen—packed with 15 TB NVMes, a Ryzen 9 9950X3D, DDR5 RAM, SAS adapters, giant HDDs and even a second backup NAS just for laughs. There were paint tips, a shocking “most painful drop of 2025,” and enough hot-swappable bays to make any storage nerd weak in the knees.

After tinkering, troubleshooting and a surprise bonus build, they hauled their Franken-box over to Open Sauce, where it’ll gobble up every video camera’s worth of footage you can imagine. Chaos, creativity and high-capacity storage: mission accomplished.
