In the latest LTT collab, Linus and his one-brain-cell buddy William Osman cobble together a “janky” yet portable NAS for OpenSauce. With a lean mini-ITX server board, AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D, stacks of 15.36 TB NVMe drives, and 18 TB hard disks, this rig can handle every camera and crazy angle Will can throw at it. They even whipped up a second backup NAS for good measure.
Between paint splatters, awkward cable management, and the odd terrifying drop, they race against time to finish the beast … and then haul it all to the OpenSauce venue. It’s messy, it’s fun, and it’s exactly the kind of over-the-top build you’d expect when two nerds go wild.
