TL;DR

Linus teamed up with William Osman to whip up a hilariously “janky” yet portable, high-capacity NAS for William’s Open Sauce studio, stuffing it full of NVMe SSDs, SAS adapters, and plenty of spinning rust so he can dump every camera feed he owns. Along the way there were paint tricks, brutal component drops, side quests into a second NAS, and plenty of banter about trying not to break things.

In true Linus fashion, there’s a full parts roundup (from Kioxa 15.36 TB NVMe drives to a GaN ATX PSU), chaptered build steps, and a final triumphant haul to the Open Sauce event—complete with merch plugs, affiliate links, and a promise that maybe, just maybe, it’s kinda okay.
