Linus Tech Tips (LTT): I Built a Janky Computer for William Osman!

Weird, portable and packed to the brim with storage, Linus and William Osman teamed up to build a janky yet powerful NAS for Open Sauce. Inside this Frankenstein rig you’ll find an ASRock Rack AM5D4ID-2T/BCM mini-ITX server board, AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D, 96 GB of DDR5 RAM, multiple 15.36 TB NVMe SSDs, an 18 TB HDD, a GaN ATX PSU, a PoE network switch and more—basically all the gear you’d need to hoard every single camera clip you could imagine.

The video rides the chaos—drops, paint jobs, surprise second NAS builds and plenty of nerdy banter—all laid out in bite-sized chapters from “starting the build” to “it’s done!” before they haul it over to Open Sauce. It’s equal parts messy, educational and delightfully absurd.
