Linus teamed up with “one brain cell farmer” William Osman to cobble together a hilariously janky, ultra-portable NAS for OpenSauce—packed with 15.36 TB NVMe SSDs, a snug mini-ITX server board, Ryzen 9 9950X3D CPU, tons of RAM and big HDDs—to stash all the goofy footage William’s cameras can churn out. Along the way they survived a brutal drop, banged in a second NAS sidecar, slapped on some DIY paint, and somehow made it roadworthy.
Once the Franken-box was alive, they hauled it off to OpenSauce to show it off, proving that with enough high-end hardware, duct tape and sheer enthusiasm, you can turn chaos into a high-capacity file monster.
