Linus teamed up with William Osman to whip up a hilariously janky yet super-portable NAS for Open Sauce, packing 15.36 TB NVMe SSDs, a mini-ITX server board, Ryzen 9 9950X3D, PoE switch, GaN PSU and 18 TB HDDs—then threw in a second NAS just for kicks. Between cable chaos, impromptu paint jobs and a heart-stopper drop test, these two proved that a computer nerd plus a “brain cell farmer” make for one wild build.

Once it was all buttoned up, they hauled the beast to Open Sauce, shared some paint-job tips, and watched it happily gulp down endless video footage—because if you’re going to go janky, you might as well go big.
