I’m NOT Keeping the World’s Biggest TV – Hisense 116UX Review

Linus takes on the monstrous 116-inch Hisense UX Series, complete with RGB mini-LED backlighting and a ton of local dimming zones. It’s undeniably impressive on paper and looks stunning, but dialing things back from roughly 20,000 zones to around 10,000 (or even 3,600) on a screen this massive really hurts HDR performance and uniformity.

After running through tests, tweaking settings and weighing the pros and cons, he realizes that sometimes bigger really isn’t better—at least not at this price and complexity. Spoiler alert: he ends up sending this behemoth packing.
