TL;DR
Linus puts the Hisense 116UX “world’s biggest TV” through its paces and discovers that size alone doesn’t guarantee killer performance. The massive 116-inch 4K RGB Mini-LED panel still ditches from crazy 20,000 local dimming zones down to “only” 10,000 or even 3,600—leading to some noticeable blooming and less-than-stellar HDR blacks when you actually watch content.
Despite jaw-dropping demos and a few “should I keep it?” moments, the final word is that this behemoth’s price tag and imperfect contrast make it more of a novelty than the new home-cinema king. Bigger isn’t always better—especially when you lose half your dimming zones in the name of size.
