Setting Up Our First Huge Gaming Event was CHAOS

Linus and the LTT crew had just seven hours to turn a humble badminton club into a 250-seat LAN extravaganza—complete with a giant LED wall, stage, custom PCs, and a massive Steam cache. Between wrestling with power and networking hiccups, assembling tables, retro couches, and VIP “Whale” rigs, the team raced against the clock to get everything online for Whale LAN 2025.

And they didn’t stop there! VR arenas, vending machines, shuffleboard with office chairs, and even a old-school gaming zone sprang to life amid the chaos. In the end, they pulled off a fully loaded Whale Cup showdown and left the venue looking like the ultimate gamer’s paradise.
