Setting Up Our First Huge Gaming Event was CHAOS

In just seven hours, Linus and the team turned a badminton club into a 250-seat LAN extravaganza complete with a stage and LED wall, custom “Whale” PCs, a VR arena, retro gaming couches, vending machines, and even an 8v8 gaming setup. They battled power issues, frantically pre-loaded a Steam cache, organized tables and VIP zones, and set up everything from bathrooms to Office Chair Shuffleboard.

Despite the time crunch and nonstop chaos, Whale LAN 2025 came together in style—showcasing a fully wired network, a custom PC lineup, a retro area makeover, a Whale Cup tournament, and a final stage reveal that made the mad dash totally worth it.
