Setting Up Our First Huge Gaming Event was CHAOS

In just seven hours, Linus and the LTT crew turned a badminton club into Whale LAN 2025—a 250-seat LAN party packed with a stage, LED wall, custom PCs, a VR arena, retro gaming lounge, vending machines, and more. Between wrestling with power and networking issues, pre‐loading game caches, and building out VIP stations, the team barely had time to breathe before people poured in.

From retro couches to Herman Miller shuffleboard, every corner of the venue got a last-minute glow-up. Despite the frantic setup and endless tape runs, the final reveal was worth the rush—showcasing what happens when mad planning meets even madder chaos.
