Linus and the team had just seven hours to turn a humble badminton club into Whale LAN 2025, a 250-seat gaming extravaganza complete with a stage and LED wall, custom PCs, a VR arena, vending machines, and a retro gaming lounge. From wrestling with power and networking woes to preloading Steam caches and shuffling office chairs for shuffleboard, every step was a race against the clock.
Despite the non-stop chaos—think late-night cable runs, last-minute table setups, and even a potty inspection—they managed to pull off a killer event. In the end, the mad dash paid off, delivering fans a full-blown LAN party experience they won’t forget.
