Linus and the team thought using swimming-pool water to cool their LAN Center rigs would be the ultimate hack—until they beat corrosion only to discover something slimy growing in the loops and filling the lab with a funky aroma. Cue a full teardown as they hunt down the mystery critter, scrubbing, flushing, and even busting out a “death ray” (aka UV treatment) to vaporize the biofilm.

It’s a fun, hands-on debugging spree: testing various cleaners, heat guns, and more to finally clear the system of algae, bacteria, or whatever else decided to throw a pool party in their PCs. Will they succeed? You’ll have to watch to see if the stink ever goes away.
