Elijah finally wraps up Linus’s month-long quest to build an 8v8 gaming cluster, scaling up 16 mini-ITX rigs with DDR5 RAM, NVMe SSDs, Radeon RX 9070 XTs, modular power supplies, server racks, chairs and more. After unboxing racks and hashing out the perfect ggRock deployment, the real challenge kicked in at Whale LAN.

Between cable-management headaches, overnight builds and networking gremlins, the team powered through mounting, wiring and configuring each machine. In the end, all 16 PCs sprang to life—painful journey, but mission accomplished!
