The ULTIMATE 16-Player Gaming Setup is COMPLETE!

Elijah just wrapped up Linus’s month-long challenge to build an 8v8 (16-player) LAN rig from scratch. Between sourcing mini-ITX motherboards, high-speed DDR5 RAM, RX 9070 XT GPUs, server racks and ggRock software, it was equal parts hardware hunt and configuration headache.

After unboxing the server cabinets, setting up ggRock for OS deployment and building out each tiny PC, the team hauled everything to Whale LAN. A few networking hiccups later, the beast finally roars—16 machines firing off simultaneously, proving that yes, it can be done… and yes, it’s awesome.
