This TV Factory is the Coolest I’ve Ever Seen

Linus takes us on a whirlwind tour of Hisense’s brand-new, super slick TV factory in Qingdao. We get to geek out on everything from back-panel assembly and RGB-MiniLED backlights to precision circuit-board installs, speaker mounting, wiring harnesses, and rigorous QA checks on that giant 116" UX TV.

Almost everything is automated, which means a smooth, fast production line that pushes each TV through testing, packaging, and even a peek at the on-site R&D lab. It’s a neat behind-the-scenes look at what makes today’s giant-screen TV magic happen.
