This TV factory tour takes you inside Hisense’s spanking-new, almost entirely robot-run plant in Qingdao, China. You’ll see every step of the 116″ UX RGB-MiniLED TV assembly—from back panel and backlight installation to panel fitting, bezel snapping, mainboard/PSU mounting, speaker and wiring harness hookup—wrapped up in a high-speed, fully automated line.
After assembly, units zip through rigorous inspection and QA stations before they’re boxed up and shipped, and you even get a peek at the on-site R&D center where future innovations are born. It’s a neat look at how cutting-edge TVs go from raw components to living room showstoppers almost entirely on autopilot.
