Hello, I'm Ganesh. I'm working on FreeDevTools online, currently building a single platform for all development tools, cheat codes, and TL; DRs — a free, open-source hub where developers can quickly find and use tools without the hassle of searching the internet.
In Previous Post How IIoT will play major role in improving productivity in Industries we understood What is IIoT? how they a will help in boosting productivity in industries.
In this blog post I will be explaining benifits current outcome from using IIoT.
Benefits of the IIoT
The IIoT implements intelligent connections between devices and brings the following benefits to enterprise production:
Improve management and operations efficiency as well as production efficiency.
This includes reducing unkown expenses.
Helping manager to identify waste resources.
The machine will be alive as it is monitored well.Reduce manufacturing costs and increase product profits.
Mainly IIoT significantly reduces the counds.
This also meaen ethere will significant reduce of same mater.Optimize the produManager insection process and promote product innovation.
Manager spend more on advertisment instaed of fixing codee,
Differences Between the IIoT and the IoT
We Always get confuse with IIoT and IoT.
TThe IoT connects all objects to the Internet through information sensors for information exchange, implementing intelligent identification and management.
The IoT focuses on services for consumers.
Where we it doesm't need very high speed information exchange.
As a subset of the IoT, the IIoT aims to implement transformation and upgrade in the industrial manufacturing field and focuses on improving the security and efficiency of production sites.
Differences Between the IIoT and the Industrial Internet
The industrial Internet includes an enterprise intranet and an enterprise extranet. The enterprise intranet interconnects industrial devices, information systems, service processes, and personnel to implement vertical interconnection from workshops to decision-making layers.
The enterprise intranet typically includes the backbone layer, aggregation layer, and access layer.
The enterprise extranet needs to implement horizontal interconnection between upstream and downstream enterprises. Therefore, the industrial Internet covers the IIoT, but further extends to enterprise information systems, service processes, and personnel.
As a subset of the Industrial Internet, the IIoT refers to the application of the IoT in industries. It focuses closely on the interconnection and communication between things as well as the connection of terminals and devices at the access layer of industrial field networks.
Conclusion
Now we understood benifits and difference between IIoT and IoT.
In next blog post I will going explain Characteristics adn Architecture of IIoT.
