Cloud gaming has officially leveled up. Nvidia’s GeForce NOW now handles big-budget titles like Indiana Jones, Borderlands 4 and Apex Legends with surprisingly low latency and solid frame rates, even matching local rigs in many scenarios.
That said, the “good” part isn’t all sunshine and rainbows—relying on subscriptions, fast internet and remote servers means you’ll give up hardware ownership, run into bandwidth caps, and stay at the mercy of cloud outages. So yes, cloud gaming is finally playable… but whether it’s worth ditching your own rig is still up for debate.
