Linus and his crew had just seven hours to morph a humble badminton club into Whale LAN 2025, a full-blown 250-seat gaming fest complete with an LED stage, custom PCs, VR arena, retro gaming corner, and vending machines. Along the way they wrestled with power outages, network hiccups, Steam cache shenanigans, and an ever-ticking clock to get tables, cables, and that dazzling LED wall up and running.
Highlights include decking out the Whale VIP area, wiring an 8v8 gaming rig (more power drama!), rolling in shuffleboard office chairs, and even throwing in a potty tour for good measure. The whole ride is broken into handy chapters, sprinkled with sponsor shout-outs—from ThreatLocker and Starforge to AMD, Kingston, and more.
