Something’s Growing in Linus’s Pool-Cooled PCs

Linus and the crew finally squashed the corrosion issue in their backyard pool–cooled gaming rigs, only to find something decidedly less welcome swimming in the loop: mysterious, stink-bomb bio-growth. In a full LAN Center teardown, they try everything from mega-filters to “death rays” (aka UV lights) to scrub out the funk and get those PCs running clean and clear again.

After reassembling, they’re back to testing—scrubbing, flushing and stressing the system to see if the stench has truly been banished. Will pool water ever be a chill, low-maintenance cooler, or is this experiment destined to stay a high-stakes, high-smell affair? Stay tuned for the final verdict.
